1. Eligibility: The ProducersHQ Monthly Trivia Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all subscribers of the ProducersHQ newsletter who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ProducersHQ and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on the first day of each calendar month and ends on the last day of the same month (“Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must correctly answer the weekly trivia questions featured in the ProducersHQ newsletter during the Contest Period.
Participants can earn up to four (4) entries per month by correctly answering the weekly trivia questions.
4. Winner Selection: The winner of the Contest will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place at the end of each month.
The winner will be announced in the first newsletter of the following month.
5. Prize: The prize for the Contest will be disclosed in each month’s newsletter.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other prizes.
6. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw date.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
ProducersHQ reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process.
ProducersHQ is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunction or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest.
The decisions of ProducersHQ are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.
8. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to ProducersHQ’s Privacy Policy.
9. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by ProducersHQ.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of ProducersHQ, which are final and binding in all respects.
10. Limitation on Winning: Each participant is eligible to win the Contest only once within a rolling calendar year from their last win. Once a participant has won, they will not be eligible to win again until one year has passed since their last winning date.
