Beat Makers Challenge Rules:

 

  1. Submission Requirements:

    • Participants must be subscribed to ProducersHQ.com.
    • Submissions must be emailed to beatmakerschallenge@gmail.com.
    • Each submission should include:
      • Producer name
      • Short bio
      • Picture/logo
      • Social links
      • Submit 1-3 beats (60 seconds long) in mp3 format (Only one of your beats will enter the challenge). You are giving us permission to upload these to a 3rd party audio hosting website, such as soundcloud, unless a suitable link is provided.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Open to beat makers of all levels.
    • Submissions must pass an initial quality screening to be considered for the competition.

  3. Competition Format:

    • The competition will be held weekly.
    • Beat makers will be randomly matched up each week to face off against each other.
    • The winner of each round will proceed to the next week, with a maximum of 6 weeks before entering HOF.
    • Beat makers can choose to use the same beat or switch to another beat for each round.

  4. Voting:

    • Voting will be open to ProducersHQ.com subscribers.
    • Subscribers will vote for their favorite beat among the matched-up entries.
    • The beat with the most votes at the end of the voting period* will be declared the winner.

  5. Audience:

    • The competition will be showcased to ProducersHQ.com’s audience of 60,000+ music makers, including industry professionals.

  6. Prizes:

    • Recognition and exposure among the music community.
    • Opportunity to have work spotlighted in front of industry professionals.
    • Other surprise prizes may be offered.

  7. Cost:

    • There is no cost involved in participating in the Beat Makers Challenge.

  8. Fair Play:

    • Any attempts to manipulate voting or engage in unfair practices will result in disqualification.

  9. Finality of Decisions:

    • All decisions made by ProducersHQ.com regarding the Beat Makers Challenge are final.

  10. Consent:

    • By submitting to the Beat Makers Challenge, participants consent to having their work showcased on ProducersHQ.com and associated platforms.

  11. Modification of Rules:

    • ProducersHQ.com reserves the right to modify or update the rules of the Beat Makers Challenge at any time.

  12. Compliance:

    • Participants must comply with all rules and regulations outlined by ProducersHQ.com.
